A review of Itch to Stitch Chai Shirt and Dress

I participated in testing this pattern and made the shirt dress version with sleeves. This pattern has several cup sizes which ensures a pretty spot on fit and I graded the waist to a larger size so it wouldn’t be too snug. The instructions are quite clear and the finishing is lovely.
I used a shirting denim from Minerva Crafts, I had intended originally for the ubiquitous M6696, yet I do not regret using it to test this at all, this is a dress I was definitively missing in my closet.
For alterations to the pattern: I made a small forward shoulder adjustment, took a bit of the lengh right at the bust gathers (I’m really short waisted and I thought the extra lenght after the bust just seemed odd) and a sway back adjustment.
