I love the pattern, it has a perfect puffy sleeve and a lovely frill across the chest.

I would say the pattern is good for intermediate beginner sewists, the neck line has a binding and it can be tricky to get right but it gives a perfect finish. However, the instructions are perfect and walk you through every step.

I think this pattern has lots of options to hack and customise it and also colour block and use up smaller bits of fabric.
