Buy the V8955 trousers sewing pattern from Vogue® Patterns. It's perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. These loose-fitting wide-legged pants have a waistband, pleats, side pockets and back zipper. A and B: Waistband drape, and lining with tapered legs. C: Attached tie ends.
