The Maker's Atelier Pareo Dress

Buy the Pareo Dress sewing pattern from The Maker's Atelier. A pull-on dress with integrated wrap ties designed for lighter weight woven fabrics. When tied, the top part of the dress blouses out, while the wrap adds definition around the hip area.

The pattern pieces are for the shorter length dress with instructions for the longer length given.

This sewing pattern is available to buy in the following formats:

– PDF (available to download immediately after purchase). What is a PDF?

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Note if purchasing copy shop printing: Some of the pattern pieces have been split (to fit on the A0 sheets) and will need to be joined together.

Suggested fabrics: All lightweight woven fabrics: cotton, linen, silk, Tana lawn, tencel, viscose, poly/viscose mixes.

Fabric requirements: To make a full length dress with a finished length 20 cm (8") longer, add an additional 40 cm (1/2 yd) to the quantities below.

120 cm (48") wide fabric: 2.7 - 3.3 m (3 - 3 3/4 yd).

150 cm (60") wide fabric: 2.1 - 2.2 m (2 1/4 - 2 1/2 yd).

Sizing: 4 – 22 (approx. UK 4 – 20, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: 70 cm x 16 mm (3/4 yd x 1/2") bias binding.

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (48 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (2 sheets) // Layers: No // Projector file: No.
