Whey Aye Sew
Not so basic tee number 2

I made this second tee in quick succession using an ivory scuba.

I wasn't convinced there would be enough stretch in the scuba to enable the neckband to go in smoothly, but it was no trouble at all. I intend trying a lightweight fleece too. It's a versatile little pattern.

This is a lovely t-shirt pattern, elevated by the puff sleeves. I chose a vibrant Stof of Denmark jersey but I plan to make some plain ones too.

I opted for the medium size although I did slightly alter the neckline as well, for preference. It might help you to know that the medium is categorised as size 14-16 and I'm usually a UK size 12. I also shortened the pattern at the waist by 1.5 inches because I have a short torso. I used some flexible seam tape and a double needle for the hem and I'm quite impressed with the firmness of it.

It was a really enjoyable make and I will be wearing this on repeat.
