Buy the 8330 dress sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner/intermediate dressmaker. Arrive at your next special occasion in a gorgeous open back mermaid style gown or choose a classic little black dress. This pattern is versatile enough to give you both looks. The sleeveless halter dresses can be made short, long with a leg slit or with a mermaid tail of tulle. Dresses features an invisible zipper and a button and loop closure on neck band.

Suggested fabrics: Brocade, Charmeuse, Crepe, Dupioni, Jacquards, Satin, Shantung, Taffeta. B Overlay in Lace, Novelty Sequin. For novelty sequined fabrics, check width of sequined area before purchasing. Extra fabric may be required. B Lower Skirt Overlay in 54 to 60 inch wide fabrics such as Chiffon, Mesh, Organza, Tulle. C also in Sateen.

Note: Extra fabric maybe needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way designs fabrics or shrinkage.
