Buy the Ultimate T-shirt Roll Neck Add-on sewing pattern from Sew Over It. The Ultimate T-shirt is already a really versatile pattern with three different necklines and three sleeve lengths to choose from. Now you can make a new cosy version with the Roll Neck Add-on!

This add-on includes new pattern pieces and instructions to make the ultimate autumn/winter top. You'll want to make one in every colour! The add-on includes the following pieces:

– roll neck
– partial front bodice to alter original pattern
– partial back bodice to alter original pattern 

Note: This is not a complete pattern. You must already own the original Ultimate T-shirt pattern to use this add-on pack. If you have not yet purchased the original pattern, you can do so here.

– PDF (available to download immediately after purchase). What is a PDF?

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Suggested fabrics: Light to medium weight knit fabrics such as viscose or bamboo jersey or French terry and lightweight cotton jersey.

Fabric requirements: 

Sizes 6 - 20

Short sleeve: 1.15 m (45") wide fabric: 1.4 - 2 m (1 5/8 - 2 1/4 yd) // 1.40 m (55") wide fabric: 1.4 m (1 5/8 yd).

3/4 sleeve: 1.15 m (45") wide fabric: 1.5 - 2.2 m (1 5/8 - 2 1/2 yd) // 1.40 m (55") wide fabric: 1.5 m (1 5/8 yd).

Long sleeve: 1.15 m (45") wide fabric: 2.5 m (2 3/4 yd) // 1.40 m (55") wide fabric: 1.6 m (1 3/4 yd).

Sizes 18 - 30

Short sleeve: 1.15 m (45") wide fabric (sizes 18-26 only): 2.2 m (2 1/2 yd) // 1.40 m (55") wide fabric: 1.6 - 2.2 m (1 3/4 - 2 1/2 yd).

3/4 sleeve: 1.15 m (45") wide fabric (sizes 18-26 only): 2.4 m (2 5/8 yd) // 1.40 m (55") wide fabric: 1.8 - 2.4 m (2 - 2 5/8 yd).

Long sleeve: 1.15 m (45") wide fabric (sizes 18-26 only): 2.5 m (2 3/4 yd) // 1.40 m (55") wide fabric: 1.9 - 2.5 m (2 1/8 - 2 3/4 yd).

Sizing: UK 6 – 20 and UK 18 – 30 (approx. UK 6 – 20 and UK 20 – 32, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size charts and finished garment measurements.

This pattern is split into two different blocks. The 6-20 size range is drafted for a B cup. The 18-30 size range is drafted for a D cup.

Notions: Ribbon, clear elastic or stay tape to stabilise the shoulders, 25 cm for sizes 6-20 or 30 cm for sizes 18-30. Alternatively, you can use 75 cm of bias seam tape interfacing to stabilise the shoulders and back neck.
