Sew Over It Natalia Dress

Buy the Natalia Dress sewing pattern from Sew Over It. Natalia is a beautiful strappy sundress with some unique details. There are no darts or closures - you just pop it over your head! Shaping is created with elastic channels under the bust, at the waist and at the top of the back bodice. Choose between bra-friendly wide straps or long straps that tie up through loops at the back to form a pretty bow. Make the dress mini, midi or full length and add optional in-seam pockets to keep your essentials handy.

Suggested fabrics: Light to medium weight woven fabrics such as cotton, cotton poplin, viscose, linen, viscose linen, crepe and chambray. 

Fabric requirements: The fabric requirements include only 10 cm buffer to avoid fabric wastage.

Sizes 6 – 20

1.15 m (45") wide fabric: Full length (sizes 6-12 only), 3.0 m (3 1/4 yd) // Midi length, 2.9 m (3 1/8 yd) // Mini length, 2.6 m (2 7/8 yd).

1.40 m (55") wide fabric: Full length, 2.5 - 3.15 m (2 3/4 - 3 1/2 yd) // Midi length, 2.2 - 2.7 m (2 3/8 - 3 yd) // Mini length, 1.9 - 2.4 m (2 1/8 - 2 5/8 yd).

Sizes 18 – 30

1.15 m (45") wide fabric: Not possible.

1.40 m (55") wide fabric: Full length, 3.3 m (3 5/8 yd) // Midi length, 3.0 m (3 1/4 yd) // Mini length, 2.7 m (3 yd).

Sizing: UK 6 – 20 and UK 18 – 30 (approx. UK 6 – 20 and UK 20 – 32, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size charts and finished garment measurements.

This pattern is split into two different blocks. The 6-20 size range is drafted for a B cup. The 18-30 size range is drafted for a D cup.

Notions: 6 mm wide elastic, 3 m for sizes 6-20 or 3.5 m for sizes 18-30.
