Suggested fabrics: Since Kayli requires some structure, firmer fabrics such as canvas or oilcloth are recommended for both the outside and inside. Note that even though the inside fabric is called lining, it is not the usual thin lining used in garment making, but rather fabric with body. Choose fabrics your machine will be able to handle when sewing through multiple layers. 

Fabric requirements: 110 cm (45") wide fabric: Main, 60 cm (0.6 yd) // Lining, 60 cm (0.6 yd).

Sizing: Finished measurements: 36 cm x 27 cm x 8 cm (14.17" x 10.63" x 3.15").

Notions: Fusible or sew-on interfacing to line all pattern pieces (for light to mid weight fabrics only); thin fusible interfacing for zip pocket, 23 cm x 4 cm (9" x 1.6") (only when not fully fused); 85 cm (34") continuous bag zipper with two sliders (or two ready-made zippers); 3.1 m (3.4 yd) cotton webbing, 25 mm (1") wide; two 25 mm (1") wide D-rings; two 25 mm (1") wide strap sliders.
