Buy the Baby/Child Lily of the Valley Pinafore sewing pattern from Oh Me Oh My Sewing. This classic pinafore features a bib bodice with optional ruffles, full gathered skirt, and cute keyhole closure at the back. Views A and B have elastic at the sides for a comfy fit. Views C and D are open at the sides with tie closures.

Suggested fabrics: Light to medium weight woven fabrics such as quilting cotton, washed linen, double gauze, cotton lawn, voile, and rayon challis.

Fabric requirements: 

Views A and C: 45" (114 cm) wide fabric: 1 - 1.75 yd (0.9 - 1.6 m) // 60" (152 cm) wide fabric: 0.66 - 1.33 yd (0.6 - 1.2 m).

Views B and D: 45" (114 cm) wide fabric: 0.75 - 1.5 yd (0.7 - 1.4 m) // 60" (152 cm) wide fabric: 0.5 - 1.25 yd (0.5 - 1.1 m).

Sizing: 0-3 months up to 10 years. Please check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: One button, approx. 1/2" (13 mm) wide; piece of ribbon or cord, 1/8" (3 mm) wide x 2 1/4" (6 cm) long //  Views A and B: 0.5 yd/m of 3/4" (2 cm) wide elastic // Views C and D: zipper foot; safety pin; scrap string.
