Buy the Moriko Top and Dress sewing pattern from Notches. Moriko is your go-to all-in-one pattern for knit fabrics. This pattern offers endless versatility, from a basic round-neck fitted T-shirt or tank to a striking one-sleeve dress with side gathers. The diagonal panelling across the front and back adds a playful edge, perfect for combining colours or experimenting with see-through fabrics. – PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Note if purchasing copy shop printing: Some of the pattern pieces have been split (to fit on the A0 sheets) and will need to be joined together.

Suggested fabrics: Only stretch fabrics are suitable for this pattern. These can be knitted fabrics (tricot) such as jersey, French terry, punta di roma, etc, or woven fabrics provided they are very elastic (at least 20%). If your fabric stretches more than 20-30%, the designer recommends making a size smaller for a nicely fitting garment.

Sizing: XS - 6XL / EU 34 – 62 (approx. UK 6 – 34/36, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Stretch bias tape, 20 mm wide, max. 50 cm (only for A or B combined with C and/or D and for sleeveless versions); clear elastic, 9 mm wide, max. 151 cm.

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (34 pages for round neckline, 64 pages for diagonal neckline); A0 copy shop pattern (5 sheets) // Layers: Yes // Projector file: Yes.

Note: You can choose to print this pattern with or without seam allowances. The copy shop file we print for you includes seam allowances.
