The zippered top main compartment and handy back zippered pocket keep all your essentials secure, while the front pocket provides easy access to the items you use most. NOTE: Printed pattern pieces are provided for non-rectangular pieces only. Rotary cutting instructions/measurements are provided for all the other pieces (just cut and sew, no pattern pieces needed).

Suggested fabrics: Cotton canvas, cotton/linen canvas, twill, home dec for exterior. Quilting cotton for accent and lining.

Fabric requirements: 

Regular: 44″ (112 cm) wide fabric: Exterior fabric, 3/4 yd (0.7 m) // Lining fabric, 3/4 yd (0.7 m) // Accent fabric (strap and piping), 1/2 yd (0.5 m).

Mini: 44″ (112 cm) wide fabric: Exterior fabric, 1/2 yd (0.5 m) // Lining fabric, 1/2 yd (0.5 m) // Accent fabric (strap and piping), 1/2 yd (0.5 m).

Sizing: 

Regular: Finished dimensions: 12" W x 9" H x 2" D.

Mini: Finished dimensions: 10" W x 7 1/2" H.

Notions: Fusible woven interfacing (20" wide), 2 yd for regular or 1 1/2 yd for mini; two 3/4" wide rectangle rings; one 3/4" wide strap slider; one zipper for top closure (pattern assumes 1" wide zipper tape), 14" for regular or 12" for mini; one zipper for back zippered pocket (pattern assumes 1" wide zipper tape), 8" for regular or 6" for mini; one size 24 metal snap and snap setting tool; 1 yd of 1/8" diameter cotton cording for making piping; 1/4" wide fusible web tape; piping foot; glue pen.
