Fabric requirements:

Small: 28 cm x 50 cm (11" x 19") rectangle x 3 for outer fabric, lining fabric and wadding/batting + 50 cm x 114 cm (20" x 45") rectangle for side panels and bias tape.

Large: 40 cm x 70 cm (15 3/4" x 27 1/2") rectangle x 3 for outer fabric, lining fabric and wadding/batting + 50 cm x 114 cm (20" x 45") rectangle for side panels and bias tape.

Sizing:  

Small: Approx. 22 cm x 20 cm (8 3/4" x 7 3/4").

Large: Approx. 30 cm x 25 cm (12" x 10").

Notions: 1 m/yd of cotton webbing for handles, 2.5 cm (1") wide for small bag or 4 cm (1 1/2") wide for large bag // Optional: medium weight fusible woven interfacing; one magnetic snap or anorak snap // Tools: quilting ruler + fabric marker/hera marker.
