Your brain needs this!

If you feel that sudoku or word puzzles are too easy and you want to nudge it up a bit, this pattern is for you!

It starts kind of normal, with the pieces numbered on the pattern. And then, as if trying to give you a sense of confidence, the first set of instructions are deceptively easy "now you saw the front to the back". At this stage I'm sure that my cape will be finished in no time at all...  From then on, they spice it up: somehow the numbers have been left out of the instructions.... At one point what should have looked like a cape, started to resemble a mardi-gras giraffe outfit.... only you weren't quite sure where to put the head. Even the professional sewer who was leading the workshop I attended this weekend could not figure it out. I'm now really worried as I left her in a state of stupor ...

As if all this was not enough to make me want to swallow my needle tin, I realised while going back to the website to write this review, that this pattern went on sale the minute I purchased it.... Some things are not meant to be, like my ever buying one of these patterns ever again !
