Maison Fauve Cliff Coat

Buy the Cliff Coat sewing pattern from Maison Fauve. Despite sea spray and strong winds, the Cliff Coat will keep you warm. Designed as an updated pea coat, it has a shawl collar, double-breasted button front, shoulder flaps, welt pockets, buttoned sleeve tabs, pleats at the back, and a hem band. Elegant and comfortable, the Cliff Coat is fully lined.

Suggested fabrics:

Main: Woven fabrics (250-700 g/m²). Wool, jacquard, tweed, denim, gabardine, depending on the desired finish.

Lining: Lining fabric. The designer recommends 100% cupro, which is smooth and more breathable than a polyester lining.

Fabric requirements: 

Main: 140 cm wide fabric: Sizes 34-44, 220 cm // Sizes 46-52, 260 cm.

Lining: 140 cm wide fabric: Sizes 34-44, 150 cm // Sizes 46-52, 190 cm.

Sizing: EU 34 – 52 (approx. UK 6 – 22, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: 200 cm of fusible interfacing; eleven 15-20 mm buttons.
