Itch to Stitch Clemente Top

Buy the Clemente Top sewing pattern from Itch to Stitch. Perfect for transitional weather, Clemente looks equally great dressed up with tailored trousers or paired with your favourite jeans, tucked in or worn loose. It features a round bias-bound neckline, front and back yokes with soft gathers, and a slit-and-loop button closure at the centre back. Choose between short, 3/4 and long sleeves. The pattern has cup sizes for the perfect fit.

Suggested fabrics: Use a lightweight woven fabric such as shirting, rayon challis, batiste, chambray, lightweight linen, double gauze or lightweight broadcloth.

Fabric requirements: 54" (135 cm) wide fabric: Long sleeve, 1 1/2 - 2 3/8 yd (130 - 210 cm) // 3/4 sleeve, 1 1/4 - 2 1/8 yd (120 - 200 cm) // Short sleeve, 1 1/8 - 2 yd (100 - 180 cm).

Sizing: US 00 – 40 (approx. UK 6/8 – 34/36, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.

Sizes 00-20 have A, B, C, D and DD cups. Sizes 22-40 have B, C, D and DD cups.

A note from the designer about bust cup options: To determine your cup size, subtract the circumference of your over bust from the circumference of the fullest part of your bust. If the rounded difference is 1" (2.5 cm), use A cup; 2" (5 cm), use B cup; 3" (7.5 cm), use C cup; 4" (10 cm), use D cup; 5" (12.5 cm), use DD cup.

Notions: 40" (101 cm) of 3/8" (1 cm)-wide elastic; one 1/2" (12 mm) button; a small safety pin.
