Buy the Lindon Top sewing pattern from In the Folds. The Lindon top effortlessly transitions from day to night, combining the comfort of an oversized silhouette with thoughtfully placed details that make it truly unique.
This hip length, relaxed fit top features an asymmetric shape, dropped shoulder, and short sleeve. A distinctive seam wraps around one side, highlighted by soft gathers through the upper section.
View A is designed to be made in woven fabrics, while View B is designed to be made in knit fabrics

Note if purchasing copy shop printing: The pattern will show both the cutting lines (in black) and stitching lines (in pale grey). Some of the pattern pieces have been split (to fit on the A0 sheets) and will need to be joined together.
Suggested fabrics:
View A: Light or medium weight wovens that are soft with good drape. Consider viscose/rayon, silk crepe de chine, cotton lawn or voile or crepe. It could also be made from georgette or chiffon, but keep in mind that these fabrics can be difficult to sew.
View B: Light or medium weight jersey knits with a minimum of 20% stretch.
Fabric requirements:
Sizes A - J
115 cm (45") wide fabric (sizes A-H only): 1.4 - 1.6 m (1.6 - 1.8 yd).
150 cm (60") wide fabric: 1 - 1.6 m (1.1 - 1.8 yd).
Sizes G - P
115 cm (45") wide fabric (sizes G-N only): 2 - 2.4 m (2.2 - 2.7 yd).
150 cm (60") wide fabric: 1.6 - 2.1 m (1.8 - 2.3 yd).
Sizing: A – J and G – P (approx. UK 6 – 26/28 and UK 18/20 – 44, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size charts and finished garment measurements.
This pattern is available in two size brackets: sizes A-J and sizes G-P. The sizes A-J pattern has been drafted for a B cup bust (5 cm/2" difference between high bust and full bust measurements). The sizes G-P pattern has been drafted for a D cup bust (10 cm/4" difference between high bust and full bust measurements) and features a bust dart.
If your measurements are in the overlap section of the size charts (G-J), the designer suggests using the G-P pattern to achieve the best fit.
This pattern has been drafted for a height of 170 cm (5'7"). Use the LENGTHEN/SHORTEN lines on the pattern to make alterations to the length.
Notions:
View A: 25 mm (1") single fold bias tape; 32 mm (1 1/4") single fold bias tape.
View B: Stretch needle; stretch twin needle; stretch fusible hem tape.
