Buy the Rebel Dress sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. Rebel is the ultimate dress for summer parties. With its elegant midi length, asymmetrical shoulder line, and refined drape at the waist, you will undoubtedly steal the show. This chic dress has a tailored fit, concealed zip in the side seam, and slit in the centre back. Rebel can also be sewn as a top.

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Note if purchasing copy shop printing: Some of the pattern pieces have been split (to fit on the A0 sheets) and will need to be joined together.

Suggested fabrics: A medium weight, soft fabric that moves and drapes nicely. Consider crepe (silk, viscose or polyester), lyocell, soft cupro, satin, viscose twill or a woven viscose jacquard. Prefer something with stretch? A medium weight knit fabric works just fine too! Avoid stiff fabrics with no drape.

Fabric requirements: 

Dress: 110 cm wide fabric (sizes 4-22 only): 270 - 290 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 250 - 290 cm.

Top: 110 cm wide fabric: 135 - 210 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 120 - 150 cm.

Sizing: EU 32 – 60 / US 0 – 28 / UK 4 – 32 (approx. UK 6 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and pattern measurements.

Notions: Iron-on interfacing, max. 60 cm; invisible zip, 40 cm (dress) or 20 cm (top); twill tape, 2 cm wide, 9 cm.

Note: Seam allowances are included in this pattern. The copy shop file we print for you shows the cutting lines only (not cutting lines and stitching lines) to make it easier to know what size to cut out.
