Buy the Magnus Sweater sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. Magnus effortlessly straddles the line between a sweater and a jacket. How to wear it? That's up to you! The high collar creates a cosy look, while the raglan sleeves give the piece a relaxed feel. A long, two-way zip runs from the collar right down to the hem and has two sliders so you can wear it as you please. Zip Magnus right up for extra warmth, leave it slightly open at the top, or leave it open at the bottom for a more laid-back look. Comfortable, versatile and all set for cold days.
Note: This pattern will be included in the new issue of Fibre Mood magazine launching on 21 October.

Suggested fabrics: Warm, wintery fabrics are the ideal choice for Magnus. Think wool, heavy jogging fabric, fleece or other slightly sturdier knit fabrics that will give the sweater a nice shape. It's best to choose a fabric that doesn't stretch too much so the zip stays in place and doesn't pucker. This gives Magnus a comfortable, cosy look with plenty of structure.
Fabric requirements: 140 cm wide fabric: 137 - 210 cm.
Sizing: XS – XXXL (approx. UK 6 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size chart and pattern measurements.
Notions: Bias tape (double fold, 2 cm), max. 190 cm; two-way open-end zip with two sliders (see chart).
PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step illustrated instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (45 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (3 sheets) // Layers: Yes // Projector file: Yes.
Note: Seam allowances are included in this pattern. The copy shop file we print for you shows the cutting lines only (not cutting lines and stitching lines) to make it easier to know what size to cut out.
