Buy the Boaz Skirt sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. Pleats, comfort and a touch of cool: Boaz has it all. The deep pleats create a lovely, roomy fit that moves beautifully with you, while the elasticated waistband with a drawstring ensures extra comfort. Made from a water-repellent fabric, even a typical autumn shower won't stop you. Rain on the way? Boaz just carries on as usual.

Note if purchasing copy shop printing: Some of the pattern pieces have been split (to fit on the A0 sheets) and will need to be joined together.

Suggested fabrics: For Boaz, you can choose from a range of fabrics, depending on the look you want to create. A quilted or water-repellent fabric gives the skirt volume and ensures that the deep pleats and generous fit are shown to their best advantage. A sturdy cotton or wool is also suitable and gives the skirt a more structured look. Prefer a more supple look? Then opt for a flowing fabric, such as viscose, to create a softer and more playful effect.

Fabric requirements: 140 cm wide fabric: 280 - 335 cm.

Sizing: XS – XXXL (approx. UK 6 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size chart and pattern measurements.

Notions: 4 cm wide elastic, 69-137 cm; drawstring, 200-255 cm (optional, a pattern piece is also provided); lining fabric, max. 25 cm.
