The form-fitting knit bodice has a high V-shaped neckline with a peekaboo opening at the bust. The grown-on sleeve covers the shoulder. Below the bodice is a full woven skirt with deep pockets. The dress hits just above the ankle, and the waistline is adjustable: by using your own measurements, you can choose where the waistline is placed.

With the exception of a pocket piece, there is nothing to print, cut or tape. The piece shapes are drawn directly onto your fabric, and the layouts maximise fabric usage.

Suggested fabrics: 

The bodice of the dress should be made in a knit with greater horizontal stretch (at least 30%) than vertical. Ponte, yoga cloth and mid-weight rib knits with excellent recovery are recommended. 

The skirt portion of the dress can be made in light to mid-weight cottons and linens, including gauze, shirting, seersucker, lawn and voile. For a drapier look with less fullness, try viscose, cupro, rayon or silk.
