Buy the Casita Dress sewing pattern from Cris Wood Sews. The Casita (little house) Dress is a versatile piece inspired by the huipil, a traditional garment worn from Mexico to South America. The dress features a square neckline and a front and back yoke. The front hangs straight, while the back is generously gathered beneath the yoke for a billowing effect. The arm openings fall over the shoulder and are finished with cuffs. Casita has deep pockets and ends at mid-calf.
