Perfect dress for hot weather

,I made this pattern out of a rayon challis for the rare hot days in the Pacific Northwest.   I made some adjustments in the straps (slight shortening) and I left the elastic out of the back. I was amazed by how well it fit me totally covering my bra straps with a close fit through the bodice preventing any slipping.  But then it is roomy below the waist giving a floating effect.  It was in the high 90s, about 37 degrees centigrade and I felt very comfortable when this picture was taken in front of a quilt shop.  I reached my goal of a great dress for hot days with this well drafted, well thought out pattern.
