Butterick dress 5708

This is my first pattern from start to finish, the style in particular is something I've been wanting to recreate in my own way. The adjustable shoulder straps are a great way to change up the final look of the dress. As its one of Buttericks older style patterns, I did however find some of the instructions a tad confusing when it came to the lining. I turned to YouTube to get some guidance which got me through the more tricky parts. Oh Sew Quaint's channel was particularly helpful. The dress comes out just a tad loose on the waist, which is what I've found in other reviews, so please bare this in mind should you decide to give this little number a go. Overall, I'm very happy with the final garment!
