Buy the Tilde Shirt Dress sewing pattern from Atelier Jupe. Tilde is an elegant shirt dress with a gathered back and flowing skirt. The sleeves are 4/5 length and gathered at the cuff. The dress can be made with a standard button placket or a hidden button placket for more experienced seamstresses. There are also two types of collar included: a regular shirt collar and a stand-up collar. The dress is finished with a belt.
This sewing pattern is available to buy in the following formats:
– PAPER (next working day dispatch on orders and FREE UK delivery over £50). Note for the PAPER pattern: The pattern pieces overlap and are printed on both sides of the sheet, so you will need to trace the pattern. If you prefer a ready-to-cut pattern, try the PDF or copy shop version as the pieces do not overlap.
– PDF (available to download immediately after purchase). What is a PDF?
– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?
Suggested fabrics: Choose a lightweight fabric like viscose, tencel or non-static polyester. You can also use medium weight fabrics like cotton or linen.
Fabric requirements: 140 cm wide fabric: Stand-up collar, 260 - 325 cm // Shirt collar, 260 - 335 cm.
Sizing: EU 34 – 52 (approx. UK 8/10 – 24/26, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.
Notions: Iron-on interfacing, 40 cm; 10 buttons, approx. 15 mm diameter.
PDF pattern includes: Instructions; A4 print-at-home pattern (62 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (3 sheets). The PDF pattern shows both cutting and stitching lines for each size. Use the layers function in Adobe Acrobat Reader to print only the size(s) you need.
Languages: Dutch, French and English.
