Buy the Men’s Jupiter Leggings sewing pattern from Waves & Wild. The Jupiter Leggings are perfect for loungewear, dance or gym wear, or creating a base layer for chilly days! There are multiple rise, waistband, and colour blocking options, as well as a clever phone pocket. There is also the option to add a front pouch. And just in case that isn’t enough, there are five lengths to choose from!

Note if purchasing copy shop printing: Some of the pattern pieces have been split (to fit on the A0 sheets) and will need to be joined together.

Suggested fabrics: Medium weight, 4-way stretch knit fabric with a minimum of 70% horizontal and 50% vertical stretch. 100% stretch in both directions is best! Suitable fabrics include cotton/Lycra jersey and many athletic jerseys.

Fabric requirements: 140 cm (55″) wide fabric: Full, 140 – 240 cm (1 5/8 – 2 5/8 yd) // Ankle, 130 – 230 cm (1 1/2 – 2 1/2 yd) // Capri, 110 – 200 cm (1 1/4 – 2 1/4 yd) // Bike short, 90 – 150 cm (1 – 1 3/4 yd) // Booty short, 80 – 130 cm (7/8 – 1 1/2 yd).

Sizing: Men’s XXS – 7XL. Please also check the designer’s size chart.

This pattern is drafted for someone 178 cm (5’10”) tall.

Notions: 38 mm (1 1/2″) wide elastic for elasticated waistband option (see chart for length) // Optional: maximum of 25 cm (10″) of 6 mm (1/4″) clear elastic to reinforce pockets.
