Buy the Women’s Sweatpants sewing pattern from Wardrobe by Me. These classic straight-leg, high-waisted joggers have a waistband casing with elastic, pockets in the side seams, and an optional back pocket. View A has elastic at the ankle, while View B has a straight hem and a strip of contrast fabric at the sides.

Suggested fabrics: Sweatshirt fabric or French terry with 3-5% Lycra (20-30% functional stretch).

Fabric requirements: 150 cm (55″) wide fabric: Views A and B, 1.4 – 2 m (1.5 – 2.2 yd) // View B Contrast, 1.1 m (1.2 yd).

Sizing: EU 30 – 54 / US 0 – 24 (approx. UK 6 – 26, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: 90 cm (35″) wide interfacing, 10 cm (4″); 4 – 4.5 cm (1.5″ – 1.75″) elastic for waist, 62 – 118 cm (24.5″ – 46.25″); 2 cm (3/4″) elastic for View A leg, 40.5 – 53 cm (16″ – 20″); drawstring (optional), 140 – 196 cm (55″ – 77″).
