Buy the V8987 men’s waistcoat sewing pattern from Vogue® Patterns. It’s perfect for an intermediate/advanced dressmaker. This close-fitting, lined waistcoat has shaped front hemline, welt pockets and back tie with purchased buckle. A: Collar, side panels. B: Side front and back seams. All backs are cut of lining fabric.
Suggested fabrics: Linen blends, gabardine, cotton sateen.
Note: Unsuitable for obvious diagonals. Fabric requirement allows for nap, one-way design or shading. Extra fabric may be needed to match design or for shrinkage.
Sizing: MUU (34-36-38-40), MXX (40-42-44-46). Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.
