Buy the Child/Baby Sunday Brunch Jacket and A-line Skirt sewing pattern from Oliver + S. What’s on the menu? This pattern for a girl’s double-breasted unlined jacket has band collar, gathered empire waist, and cuffed long sleeves. Optional bias trim to finish facing edge and seam allowances. The A-line skirt pattern features front pockets and back kick pleat with elasticised back waistband.

Suggested fabrics: Light- to medium-weight woven fabrics like quilting cottons, broadcloth, linen, denim, chambray, seersucker, fine-wale corduroy, velvet or velveteen, wool gabardine or crepe.

Fabric requirements: 44″ – 45″ (112 – 114 cm) wide fabric:
6 months – 3 years: Jacket (View A), 1 – 1 3/8 yards (0.9 – 1.3 m) // Jacket Bias Trim (optional), 1/2 yard (0.5 m) // Skirt (View B), 5/8 – 3/4 yard (0.6 – 0.7 m).

4 – 8 years: Jacket (View A), 1 3/8 – 1 3/4 yards (1.3 – 1.6 m) // Jacket Bias Trim (optional), 1/2 yard (0.5 m) // Skirt (View B), 3/4 yard (0.7 m).
