Buy the S9865 Child/Teen Jacket and Trousers sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. Track suit in sizes 7 to 14. Zip front hooded jacket with raglan sleeve has three contrast sleeve bands and elastic casing at sleeve and bottom hem. Wide leg track pants have stitched creases at the center front and back pocket.

Suggested fabrics: Stretch knits only such as double knits, fleece, jersey, lightweight scuba, sweatshirting. Interfacing A: Lightweight fusible.

Sizing: A (7-8-10-12-14) which is approx. UK sizes (7 to 14 years). Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Thread. A: 18″ (46cm) separating zipper (adjust to fit), 4 5/8 yds. (4.3m) of 1/2″ (1.3cm) elastic, one pkg. of 1/2″ (1.3cm) single fold bias tape. B: 2 5/8 yds. (2.3m) of 1/2″ (1.3cm) elastic, 3/4 yd. (0.7m) of 3/8″ – 1/2″ (1cm – 1.3cm) twill tape.
