Buy the Lana Skirt sewing pattern from Sew Over It. Lana is an easy-to-sew knit skirt with two length options: mini or just over the knee. But you can really pick any length you like as the pattern is easy to shorten or lengthen. Lana comes together super quickly and is a great piece to add to your wardrobe.

Note: This is an updated version of the Sew Over It Sewalong Jersey Skirt. The designer has extended the sizing and created a brand new instruction booklet to take you through every step of the process!

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). Choose sizes 6-20 or sizes 18-30. What is Copy Shop?

Suggested fabrics: Medium weight knit fabrics such as ponte di roma, interlock knits and double knits. Avoid using viscose jersey or viscose blends, as the skirt needs fabric with some structure. Be sure to pick something with good stretch and good recovery.

Sizes 6 – 20

Version 1: 1.15 m (45″) wide fabric: 1.4 m (1 1/2 yd) // 1.40 m (54″) wide fabric: 0.7 m (3/4 yd).

Version 2: 1.15 m (45″) wide fabric: 1.7 m (2 yd) // 1.40 m (54″) wide fabric: 0.9 m (1 yd).

Sizes 18 – 30

Version 1: 1.15 m (45″) wide fabric (sizes 18-24 only): 1.4 m (1 1/2 yd) // 1.40 m (54″) wide fabric: 1.4 m (1 1/2 yd).

Version 2: 1.15 m (45″) wide fabric (sizes 18-24 only): 1.7 m (2 yd) // 1.40 m (54″) wide fabric: 1.7 m (2 yd).

Sizing: UK 6 – 20 and UK 18 – 30 (approx. UK 6 – 20 and UK 20 – 32, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size charts and finished garment measurements.
