Buy the No. 5 Aarhus Dress and Top sewing pattern from How to Do Fashion. Aarhus is a fabulous 1940s-inspired dress and blouse in three versions.

Version 1: Dress with a shawl collar and cap sleeve. The bust dart is a pleat placed in the centre front seam.

Version 2: Blouse with a shawl collar, peplum and tulip sleeve. The bust dart is a pleat placed in the centre front seam.

Version 3: Sleeveless dress with a sweetheart neckline and gathered straps.

Version 2: 110 cm wide fabric: Sizes 32-40, 2.2 m / Sizes 42-54, 2.75 m // 140 cm wide fabric: Sizes 32-40, 1.4 m / Sizes 42-48, 1.7 m / Sizes 50-54, 2.0 m.

Version 3: 110 cm wide fabric: Sizes 32-40, 3.75 m / Sizes 42-48, 4.25 m / Sizes 50-54, 4.5 m // 140 cm wide fabric: Sizes 32-40, 2.4 m / Sizes 42-54, 3.1 m // Lining: 80 cm.

Sizing: EU 32 – 54 (approx. UK 6/8 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.
