Buy the Spritz Tank Top Duo sewing pattern from Maison Fauve. This pattern includes two tank tops: the first with a low cut neckline and armholes for a nonchalant look, and the second with a classic straight cut and higher cut neckline and armholes to cover a bra. The first top has an optional button placket, and both tops are beautifully finished with bias binding and French seams. You can combine them by slipping the first over the second, or wear them separately. The more low cut top looks great over a swimsuit or pretty lingerie you want to show off, while the second is the perfect basic for everyday wear.

Suggested fabrics: Lightweight fabrics up to 200 g/m² such as fine jacquard, twill, crepe, poplin, voile, lace, cotton, viscose or silk. Avoid synthetic fabrics that don’t press well with an iron, as this will make it difficult to apply the bias binding and achieve clean finishes for the French seams. This pattern is for woven fabrics only and is not suitable for knit fabrics.

Fabric requirements: For each top: 140 cm wide fabric: Sizes 34-40, 140 cm // Sizes 42-48, 160 cm // Sizes 50-52, 180 cm.

Sizing: EU 34 – 52 (approx. UK 6 – 22, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: 20 cm of fusible interfacing; three buttons, approx. 12 mm, for the optional placket.
