The bow tie is an optional detail – for an even simpler make, you can omit it or replace it with ribbon. Like all Elemeno patterns, it’s a quick sew, super cute, and very comfy for your little one. – PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?
Suggested fabrics: Woven or knit fabric of your choice. Linen, chambray, double gauze, and cottons knits are all good options. The one in the cover photo is made with soft cotton knit.
Fabric requirements:
45″ wide fabric: NB, 1/2 yd // 0-3M to 3-4T, 3/4 yd // 4-5T to 5-6T, 1 yd.
60″ wide fabric: NB, 1/2 yd // 0-3M to 5-6T, 3/4 yd.
Sizing: Newborn to 5-6T. Please check the size chart.
Notions: 3/8″ wide elastic, 25″- 40″ (depending on size); three snaps (size 16 or 20); interfacing for snap crotch, a small 1/2″ wide strip.
PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step instructions with clear photo illustrations; US letter/A4 print-at-home pattern (9 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (1 sheet).
