Buy the B6920 Baby Knit Top and Trousers sewing pattern from Butterick. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. Pullover tops have long sleeves, back opening with button closure, back seam, and options for straight or ruffle hems. Tops A and C have double or single ruffle options on tops of sleeves. Top B has contrast on shoulders of raglan sleeves. Top D has bow detail at front neckline. Pants E have elastic bands at ankles and ruffle and bow detail on sides of legs. Pants F are flared. Both pants have elastic waist.

Sizing: YA5 (NB/S/M/L/XL), which is approx. UK sizes (0-3/6/9/12/18-24 months) based on our standardised size chart. Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Thread. A,B,C,D: One 3/8″ (1cm) button. Also for D: 1/2 yd. (0.5m) of 1 1/4″ (3.2cm) wide ribbon. E,F: 3/4 yd. (0.7m) of 1″ (2.5cm) wide elastic (for waistband). Also for E: 5/8 yd. (0.6m) of 1 1/2″ (3.8cm) wide elastic (for legs).
