Fabric requirements: 

Foreground: Small colourful scraps, 1/4 – 1/2 yd (0.2 – 0.5 m) total. Cover quilt uses tiny bits of 36 fabrics.

Background: 3 yd (2.7 m) total. Cover quilt uses 1 yd (0.9 m) each of 3 fabrics in neutral colours.

Backing: 44″ (112 cm) wide fabric: 4 yd (3.7 m).

Binding: 44″ (112 cm) wide fabric: 3/4 yd (0.7 m).

Sizing: 58″ x 68″ (147 cm x 173 cm) as shown, but your finished quilt may be larger or smaller depending on the decisions you make.

Notions: Sewing machine, scissors, marking tool, rotary cutter, cutting mat, rulers, coordinating thread, iron, ironing surface.
