Buy the Atlas Wrap Dress sewing pattern from Sewing Patterns by Masin. The Atlas Wrap Dress is a very versatile wrap dress that you can wear to work, out for drinks, to brunch, or for a long walk along the beach. This dress combines the formalness of a shirt with the playfulness of a wrap dress. Depending on your fabric choice the Atlas can look very elegant or quite casual. If you are new to shirtmaking, this pattern will teach you how to sew a collar and a sleeve placket.

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Note if purchasing copy shop printing: The cuff piece slightly overlaps the front bodice piece for size J (only), so you will need to trace or draw out the cuff piece (a rectangle) if you are making size J.

Suggested fabrics: Lightweight woven fabrics, such as viscose/rayon, satin, crepe, cotton poplin or shirting, lightweight linen.

Fabric requirements: If you work with patterned fabric, you might need more fabric to pattern match.

140 cm (55″) wide fabric: 250 – 305 cm (99″ – 120″).

Sizing: A – J (approx. UK 8 – 28, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: 65 cm (25″) of interfacing at least 110 cm (40″) wide; two 12 mm (1/2″) buttons; thread.

PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step illustrated instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (56 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (3 sheets). This pattern has layers so you can print just the size(s) you need.
