Chambray Zadie Jumpsuit

A review of Paper Theory Patterns Zadie Jumpsuit

Having never made or worn a jumpsuit before, I decided to make the Zadie Jumpsuit as I kept seeing lots of lovely different versions and really liked the interesting details of the pattern. It definitely didn’t disappoint and I love my finished jumpsuit! In order to make it a bit easier to wear, I made it out of a plain chambray fabric which was perfect. I love the ties and the overlapping crotch detail is really clever.

I did have to make a few alterations, but they were fairly simple to do. I took 1″ out of the rise before cutting my fabric and then found that the crotch was still too long when I tried the trousers on and had to take out another 1″. Other than this, the sewing process was really enjoyable and straightforward.
