Veronica Tucker Hera Dress, Top and Skirt

Buy the Hera Dress, Top and Skirt sewing pattern from Veronica Tucker. The Hera set includes a blouse with a tie neck and fully lined puff sleeves, and a gathered skirt with a curved yoke and pockets. Both have elasticised waistbands, and the top is reversible, so you can wear the keyhole in the front or back. The top and skirt can also be transformed into an all-in-one or semi-attached dress!

Instructions for lengthening the top, lengthening the sleeves to 3/4 or full length, and adjusting the length of the skirt are included as well, giving you even more options.

NOTE: The designer is six months pregnant in the images, so the high-low hem difference is more exaggerated.

Note if purchasing copy shop printing: One of the pattern pieces is divided across two A0 sheets. The two sheets will need to be joined with no overlap.

Suggested fabrics: The Hera pattern can be made in a variety of fabrics. The designer suggests a beautiful linen.

Fabric requirements: These requirements are for non-directional fabrics. If you decide to use a fabric with a directional print, you will require more fabric.

Main: 115-150 cm wide fabric: Top, 1.8 m // Skirt, 3.7 m // Dress, 5.8 m.

Lining (top only): 115-150 cm wide fabric: 1 m.

Sizing: UK 4 – 26. Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

The pattern includes four sizes:

Small = 4-8
Medium = 10-12
Large = 14-18
Extra large = 20-26

Notions: 3 m of 1.2 cm wide elastic; three heavy duty hook-and-eye sets (for the detachable dress option).
