Buy the Raj Dress sewing pattern from Tammy Handmade. The Raj Dress has a stylish square neckline and an elasticated waist that cinches you in, creating a more fitted silhouette without compromising on comfort. This slip-on style dress is perfect for beginners and can be made with or without sleeves. The dress comes with a playful gathered ruffle at the hem which can be hacked into a longer or a shorter style.

Suggested fabrics: Light/medium weight woven fabrics such as cotton, viscose/rayon, satin and crepe will work best. The bodice of the dress is lined but the skirt is not, so make sure to use a fabric that is not see-through.

Fabric requirements: For all sizes and views, the designer recommends using fabric that is 140 cm (55") wide or wider.

Version A: 140 cm (55") wide fabric: Sizes 6 - 16, 3 m (3.3 yd) // Sizes 18 - 24, 5 m (5.4 yd).

Version B: 140 cm (55") wide fabric: Sizes 6 - 16, 2.5 m (2.7 yd) // Sizes 18 - 24, 4 m (4.4 yd).

Sizing: UK 6 – 24. Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: 7 mm wide elastic for the waist seam and sleeve hems.

PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home patterns (24 pages for sizes 6-16, 28 pages for sizes 14-24); A0 copy shop patterns (2 sheets for sizes 6-16, 2 sheets for sizes 14-24).
