Buy the Suraya Jacket sewing pattern from Sew Over It. Stylish, contemporary and eminently wearable, the Suraya Jacket is a casual, everyday jacket with more than a nod to the classic mac. Just the kind of light, drapey jacket we love for mild weather, Suraya makes a welcome addition to any autumn, spring or summer capsule wardrobe. Wear yours with jeans and a T-shirt for dressed-down chic, or pair it with your favourite blouse, skirt or dress to elevate your look.
Suraya features a host of lovely details, including epaulettes, storm flaps, sleeve loops, a back vent, welt pockets, collar and lapels. The main body of the jacket is unlined, though the set-in sleeves are lined for comfort. The seams are bound with bias binding for a stunning, super satisfying finish. The jacket is designed to hang open so there are no closures at the front.
