Buy the Merlo Field Tee sewing pattern from Sew House Seven. The Merlo Field Tee is a casual, comfortable and sporty knit tee. A perfect pairing with jeans! Due to its wide, oversized body, the Merlo looks best sewn in a drapey knit fabric such as rayon, bamboo or Tencel knit. Cotton and linen knits also work but may result in a more structured look. The contrast stripes are perfect for using up precious knit fabric leftovers! The pattern offers two neckline choices (wide neck and crew neck) as well as three sleeve length options (slim long sleeves, 3/4 length sleeves and banded short sleeves).

Suggested fabrics: Knit fabrics with at least 20-25% stretch, such as rayon jersey, bamboo jersey, soy jersey. For a more boxy fit, use cotton jersey, linen jersey, hemp jersey.

Fabric requirements: 54" (137 cm) wide fabric: Long sleeve A, 1 1/4 - 2 1/4 yd (1.2 - 2 m) // 3/4 sleeve B, 1 1/8 - 1 7/8 yd (1 - 2 m) // Short sleeve C, 1 - 1 3/4 yd (1 - 1.6 m) // Contrast, 1/3 yd (0.3 m).
