Buy the Child/Teen Gotan Jeggings sewing pattern from Petits D'om. Choose between a skinny or flared fit. The front leg can be made in two parts such that the seamline joins a back yoke, resulting in a nice rounded curve on the side. Other features include pockets, an elastic waist, faux fly, and contrast topstitching. Trendy and comfortable, these are the perfect trousers for little and big girls!

Suggested fabrics: 

Main: Stretch denim, stretch cotton, stretch velvet (or other fabric with elastane). It is important to use a fabric with at least 30% elasticity. If the elasticity is not sufficient, the trousers will be too small and will not be comfortable to wear. Do not choose a fabric that is too stretchy either. The fabric must also have good recovery.

Pockets: A thin fabric such as batiste or poplin.

Fabric requirements: 

Main: 140 cm (54″) wide fabric: 80 - 120 cm (32" - 48").

Pockets: 30 cm x 30 cm (12" x 12").

Sizing: 2 – 16 years. Please check the designer's size chart.

Notions: Elastic for waist (see chart); contrast thread for topstitching (optional).
