We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the printed A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day.
Buy the Fern Top Expansion Pack sewing pattern from Pattern Scout. This expansion pack provides additional pattern pieces to turn your Fern Top into a V-neck or square neck top.
Note: This is not a complete pattern. You must already own the original Fern Top pattern to use this expansion pack. If you have not yet purchased the original pattern, you can do so here.

Suggested fabrics: Light- to mid-weight woven fabrics. For a more structured, boxy fit, use fabrics such as linen, chambray, poplin, and voile. For a more fluid drape and flowing fit, use fabrics such as tencel, rayon challis, and crepe de chine.
Fabric requirements: Same as for the Fern Top.
Version A: 45″ (115 cm) wide fabric: 1.75 – 2 yd (1.6 – 1.8 m) // 54″ (150 cm) wide fabric: 1.25 – 1.5 yd (1.15 – 1.4 m).
Version B: 45″ (115 cm) wide fabric: 1.25 – 1.75 yd (1.15 – 1.6 m) // 54″ (150 cm) wide fabric: 1.25 – 1.5 yd (1.15 – 1.4 m).
Sizing: US 0 – 30 (approx. UK 6/8 – 30/32, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.
Notions: Light- to mid-weight fusible interfacing.
