Nice dress, instructions could be better

This is a lovely pattern, but the instructions leave something to be desired. The placket instructions in particular do not match up to the illustrations leading to confusion. The plackets need to be positioned above the neckline for the instructions to work, but that also means you'll need to adjust the cutting lines. There's also a notch which shows up on the illustrations of the placket, but the instructions are very unclear as to how to achieve this in the finished garment (and isn't visible in the finished garments on the website). Would not recommend to a beginner or unconfident sewist.
