Named Rauha Tee and Tee Dress

Buy the Rauha Tee and Tee Dress sewing pattern from Named. The Rauha pattern includes two variations: a high-hip length T-shirt with a boxy fit, and a midi-length T-shirt dress with in-seam side pockets. Both variations have a distinctive rectangular ribbed funnel neck, dropped shoulders and a relaxed fit.

Suggested fabrics: Pick a medium weight to heavy knit fabric with 30 – 50% stretch. For the collar choose a rigid but not too stiff rib knit that has good recovery and 40 – 50% stretch. Make sure your main fabric and ribbing are approximately the same weight. You can use your dress fabric for the pocket bags or, if your fabric is heavy, pick a separate lighter but durable knit for the pockets.

Fabric requirements: The fabric requirements include a 5% allowance for shrinkage. Note that the fabric consumption may be greater for fabrics with a pattern and for fabrics that need to be cut in one direction.

Tee: 150 cm (60″) wide fabric: 90 - 170 cm (1 - 1 7/8 yd) // 115 cm (45″) wide fabric: 90 - 190 cm (1 - 2 1/8 yd).

Dress: 150 cm (60″) wide fabric: 160 - 300 cm (1 3/4 - 3 1/4 yd) // 115 cm (45″) wide fabric: 160 - 325 cm (1 3/4 - 3 1/2 yd).

Sizing: EU 32 – 56 (approx. UK 6 – 28, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Ribbing, 35 cm (3/8 yd); stay tape, 50 cm (20") // Dress only: pocket bag fabric, 30 cm (3/8 yd); fusible knit interfacing, 20 cm (1/4 yd).
