Liesl + Co Santa Rosa Top and Dress

Buy the Santa Rosa Top and Dress sewing pattern from Liesl + Co. This effortless and sophisticated top and dress includes a band collar, popover button placket, and dolman sleeves. It’s cut loose with dropped shoulders and a box pleat at the centre back. The top (View A) has cut-on dolman short sleeves, while the dress (View B) includes a self tie, curved shirttail hem, and long sleeves with classic cuffs. This is an all-season style that will be extremely versatile in your wardrobe.

Suggested fabrics: This pattern works best with light- to medium-weight drapey woven fabrics like rayon, poly satin, silk satin, and crepe.

Fabric requirements: 

View A: 44" (112 cm) wide fabric: 2 - 2 1/4 yd (1.8 - 2.1 m) // 58" (147 cm) wide fabric: 1 1/2 - 2 1/4 yd (1.4 - 2.1 m).

View B: 44" (112 cm) wide fabric: 3 1/2 - 3 3/4 yd (3.2 - 3.4 m) // 58" (147 cm) wide fabric: 3 - 3 1/2 yd (2.7 - 3.2 m).

Sizing: 0 – 20 with A/B, C and D cups (approx. UK 8 – 20, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

To determine cup size, subtract upper bust measurement from full bust measurement. Up to 2″ difference = A/B cup, 3″ = C cup, 4″ = D cup.

Notions: Featherweight fusible interfacing; 1/2" buttons (four required for View B, and an additional five are optional for the front placket of both views).
