Buy the Hebe Maru Bag sewing pattern from Lasenby Patterns. This pattern features a simple sashiko embroidery design - with video tutorials to take you through each step - on small and large drawstring tote bags. Both sizes have customisable pockets that can be adjusted to fit your phone, pens, notebook, crochet hooks, knitting needles - whatever you wish. Internal loops keep your keys and valuables clipped into the bag. There are two handle lengths, and a double drawstring closure gently closes the bag, making it a great yarn project bag (no zips to get caught in).

The small bag is perfect for a coffee shop knit morning, and the large bag is ideal to take away on holiday. Hebe can also be used at home as a basket, with the top edge turned down.

Note: This pattern is also available in a plain version (without the sashiko design) here.
