The Felicity Dress has gentle gathers shaping the bodice, all-in-one yoke pockets and your choice of a simple gathered skirt or 3/4 circle skirt. The dress is finished with contrast (or matching) binding on the neckline and armholes and a lapped zip.

Dress: Lightweight woven fabrics with good drape. Cotton lawn and voile, seersucker, eyelet and linens are great for summer as well as being beginner friendly. For more advanced seamstresses, try rayon and rayon blends, crepe de chine and silks.
Skirt: Both views work well made up in lightweight woven fabrics with good drape. Cotton lawn and voile, seersucker, eyelet, linens and quilting cottons are great for summer as well as being beginner friendly. For more advanced seamstresses, try rayon and rayon blends, crepe de chine and silks. View 3 can also be made in heavier fabrics such as wool, denim, duck and drill for a winter-weight skirt.
Fabric requirements: Extra may be required to match stripes/plaids or other patterned fabrics.
