Buy the Sirena Dress sewing pattern from Itch to Stitch. The Sirena Dress has a timeless silhouette. Suggested fabrics:

Primary fabric: Use light to medium weight woven fabric with or without stretch. Shirting, suiting, rayon challis, broadcloth, linen, satin and crepe are great choices.

Lining: Washable choices are cotton batiste and cotton lawn. For dry clean garments, use Ambiance lining, polyester lining, china silk or charmeuse. Note you will need some lining fabric for the pocket bags even if you decide not to line the dress.

Fabric requirements:

Primary fabric: 60" (150 cm) wide fabric: Sleeve flounce, 1 5/8 - 1 7/8 yd (140 - 170 cm) // Sleeve cuff, 1 5/8 - 1 3/4 yd (140 - 160 cm).

Primary fabric: 44" (115 cm) wide fabric: Sleeve flounce, 1 7/8 - 3 yd (180 - 280 cm) // Sleeve cuff, 2 - 3 1/8 yd (170 - 270 cm).

Lining: 44" (115 cm) wide fabric: Lined option, 1 5/8 - 2 7/8 yd (150 - 260 cm) // Unlined option, 3/8 yd (40 cm).

Sizing: US 00 – 20 (approx. UK 8 – 22). Please check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.

A note from the designer about bust cup options: To determine your cup size, subtract the circumference of your over bust from the circumference of the fullest part of your bust. If the rounded difference is 1″ (2.5 cm), use A cup; 2″ (5 cm), use B cup; 3″ (7.5 cm), use C cup; 4″ (10 cm), use D cup; 5″ (12.5 cm), use DD cup.
